Fluidized tray

The device is ingeniously installed inside the bottom fluidizer of the injection tank or the bottom fluidizer of the pulverized coal bin. Through the fluidizing plate, gas and pulverized coal on the bed undergo deep mixing and integration, forming a fluidized solid-gas inclusion. This design greatly facilitates the long-distance transportation of pulverized coal.

The fluidizing plate, based on technology, is meticulously crafted from high-performance sintered stainless steel wire mesh. Its characteristics are extraordinary: it withstands high temperatures, resists corrosion, boasts high mechanical strength, and has a long service life. Its fine pores ensure uniform and smooth airflow distribution with minimal resistance loss. This design not only enhances the fluidizing effect but also lays a solid foundation for the device's stable performance, making it a key component in dense-phase transportation.

The design philosophy of this device goes beyond fluidization, focusing also on energy saving and consumption reduction. It easily adjusts the material transportation volume, ensuring that every unit of conveying gas is fully utilized, thereby saving significant costs for enterprises. Moreover, the fluidizing plate comes in various forms, including fixed welded types and movable types (secured by bolts), offering flexibility to meet the needs of different scenarios.

       Additionally, the new type of fluidizing plate is made from specially treated 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate. Its circular surface features cross-shaped elongated slits, which are perpendicular to the central cross line, providing effective channels for the concentration of compressed air. The slit gap is precisely controlled at 0.5mm, with a slit length of approximately 20mm and a spacing of 10mm. Notably, the 1×45° chamfer design on the lower edge of the slits allows compressed air to concentrate more towards the center of the fluidizing injection device, significantly enhancing the central suspended fluidization effect of pulverized coal. This ensures more stable coal injection and greatly improves the operational efficiency of the fluidizing injection device.
       It is worth mentioning that this fluidizing plate uses multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, meticulously crafted through special lamination design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering processes. It not only retains the simple pore structure characteristics of metal woven wire mesh but also overcomes issues such as low strength and poor integrity. At the same time, its pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength can be reasonably matched and designed according to requirements, making it stand out among many fluidizing plates with its exceptional comprehensive properties.
      In summary, this device, like a masterpiece in literature, is suitable for both newly built injection systems and the optimization and transformation of existing ones, enabling the powder injection and transportation system to operate as smoothly and elegantly as a poem.
